Search Tips to Find a Property on myCoconinoAZ

Having trouble locating your property on myCoconinoAZ? Try using some of the search tips below!

You can locate a  property account by searching with any of the following criteria:

Account/Parcel Number

• Enter the account or parcel number exactly as it appears on your bill
• Do not insert spaces or dashes. For example, if your bill shows 123-456 789, enter it as 123456789.
   

Owner Name

• Search for the property using the primary owner's name as it appears on the bill
• If you recently changed your name (marriage, etc.), try searching under the name shown on your most recent bill
